DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for Beretta 92/96 Centurion 4.3″ Barrel
The system works due to the multi spring intricate rod (three springs) and effect like a brake on the slide, but only before stopped on the frame to the last 6 to 8 mms of the movement.The DPM Recoil Reduction System include 4 external springs so the shooter can fine-tune the weapon for his/hers personal standards. The longer spring (more coils) is stronger and has a heavier pound rating than the shorter spring (slide on the battery).
In some cases the DPM Recoil System offer almost double force in the slide full open position compared with the factory OEM spring , so the slide of the pistol touching the frame gently and offering less recoil to the pistol.
Further the moving parts of the pistol are protected, offering longer life to the pistol.
The washer must always be installed when the DPM Recoil Rod and springs are used.
